Report: Cathy McMorris Rodgers will not run for GOP leadership

WASHINGTON – Congresswoman and House Republican Conference Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers will not be seeking another term in GOP Leadership according to The Hill. This comes following the loss of the GOP majority in the house. According to the Hill, the congresswoman instead will be focusing on seeking a ranking position on one of the sub-panels for the energy and Commerce Committee.
