PUEBLO, Colo. Firefighters in Colorado had a messy and stinky job on Monday rescuing a pup who fell into wastewater at a treatment plant in Pueblo. The dog was spotted snout-deep in one of the aeration ponds and crews estimated it had been there for nearly two hours. Firefighters worked calmly so they didn’t startle the pup and were eventually able to get it out of the mess.
