SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane Police say they arrested a man with 16 prior felony convictions after a burglary investigation earlier this month. Officers began a burglary investigation into 45-year-old William H. Lister on May 8 after receiving information he was committing burglaries in Spokane County and using the stolen property to support his drug habit.
