SPOKANE, Wash. – Avista says an outage has left thousands without power in the north Spokane area Saturday morning. The Utility company says it is investigating the issue and crews are working as quickly and safely as possible. The outage appears to be affecting around 7,000 customers in the areas of northwest Spokane, Town and Country and Northtown.
