SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Central Valley teachers voted overwhelmingly to approve a new contract with pay raises on Friday.. Pending approval Monday by the Central Valley School District, entry-level teachers’ salaries will increase from $41,930 to $43,018, or 3.9 percent. With five years’ experience and a master’s degree, salary jumps from $54,307 to $58,903, or 8.4 percent.
