Firefighters in California say a car that dangled from the fourth floor of a parking structure was hoisted back to safety. The Santa Monica Fire Department said no one was injured when the car crashed through a gate and into the cables guarding the ledge of the parking structure on Monday. Witnesses say the driver, who appeared to be in her 60s, was helped out of the vehicle by a bystander.
