SPOKANE, Wash. – Thanks to an alert citizen, Spokane Police were able to catch a driver who crashed into two cars near Ash and Garland on Thursday and then ran from the scene. Police say the driver of an SUV was heading west on Garland at a high rate of speed and crashed into a silver car, then another. All three cars were totaled and the driver of the SUV took off on foot.
