SPOKANE, Wash.- One of the tightest races in the 2018 Primary Election, is also one of the most closely watched. Republican Cathy McMorris Rodgers is ahead of her democratic challenge Lisa Brown by just 525 votes. Brown is running to replace McMorris Rodgers as the U.S. Representative for Washington’s 5th District.
