Target is beefing up its toy department. The retailer says hundreds of its stores are getting a makeover in the toy aisles ahead of the holidays. This as we head into the first holiday shopping season since Toys "R" Us liquidated its business. Target says it will add more aisles to toys and host play days in stores allowing kids to test out the latest toys and meet fictional characters.
