DOUGLAS COUNTY, Wash. – A pair of people with outstanding warrants were arrested following a traffic stop that led to a pursuit Friday night in Douglas County. A Deputy attempted to stop a vehicle with a bad brake light in Rock Island around 8:30 p.m., when the driver sped away and fled before stopping near milepost 5 on SR-28 before continuing to flee on foot.
