A bizarre scene out of California after a man is caught on video stomping and smashing out the windows of a police SUV. Police tried to talk the 23-year-old down from the vehicle, but he refused to get off. That’s when police decided close in on the suspect and pull him down. The man was later taken to the hospital for evaluation before being booked into jail. Police say he caused thousands of dollars in damage to the SUV. Man Smashes Police SUV
